The construction cost is estimated at 3 million dollars. The work will be carried out by Francis Bellerive Construction, with Simon Julien as the project manager.<\/p>\n<p>Owned by Groupe Brunelle, the new Starbucks caf\u00e9 will cover an area of 3,000 square feet. The opening of the branch is scheduled for spring 2025. Inside, there will be about 60 seats, and a drive-thru service will also be available.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Once again, Mr. Georges Brunelle&#8217;s collaboration over the past two years of pre-project work has been astounding. He has an incredible attention to detail. We faced several rejections throughout the process, but the strategies developed and the approach taken to come back each time was truly a remarkable effort,&#8221;<\/em> said Francis Bellerive, owner of Francis Bellerive Investment.<\/p>\n<p>The new Starbucks caf\u00e9 will also be surrounded by a park and a bike path with a stopping area for bicycles.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I have worked with about thirty cities in Canada and the United States in recent years, and I can tell you that Shawinigan&#8217;s recent resurgence is no coincidence. Whether it\u2019s Christian Massicotte, Gabriel Beaudry Soucy, Steve St-Arnaud, the municipal council, or Mayor Michel Angers, there is an unmatched level of cooperation and
