Saint-Pascal, April 16, 2026 – Developer Francis Bellerive, of Francis Bellerive Investissement, is pleased to announce the construction of a new 10,300-square-foot Dollarama store at 515 Avenue Patry in Saint-Pascal. This project represents a $3 million investment for the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.
The new store will be located in close proximity to the Maxi grocery store and the SAQ, further strengthening the commercial offering in this already well-established area. Construction is set to begin in mid-April 2026, with the store opening planned for fall 2026. “We are very pleased to bring this new project to life in Saint-Pascal. This new store will provide residents of the region with greater access to a wide range of affordable products, while also contributing to the local economic vitality,” said Francis Bellerive on behalf of Francis Bellerive Investissement.
The project will be overseen by Simon Julien, who will act as project manager for the new Dollarama store. Any local businesses interested in participating in the project as subcontractors are invited to contact Mr. Julien at 819-377-6791.
