With nearly twenty years of experience in real estate, he excels in strategic management and acquisition, supported by a vast network that facilitates the realization of various projects. As a site supervisor, his meticulous attention to detail ensures client satisfaction and operational success.

Simon Julien

Trained in building mechanics, Simon is a project manager and responsible for construction sites. Since 2017, he has been collaborating with us on various projects and has developed solid expertise in building construction as well as in customer satisfaction.

Marie-Lise Gaudet has been a notary for over 15 years. She has developed strong expertise in law, particularly in contract management and public procurement, working with organizations such as Hydro-Québec, the Société québécoise des infrastructures, and the Trois-Rivières Port Authority.
