We are continuing our expansion by adding two new commercial projects to our portfolio. The Chico banner will be setting up shop at the Dollarama site in Louiseville, completing the commercial offering along 9th Avenue and St-Laurent Street. At the same time, the company is planning to open a new Dollarama store in the Black Lake district of Thetford Mines. These developments reflect our commitment to energizing regional commercial hubs and providing strategic locations for retailers.
The new businesses are expected to open during the fall of 2025.
